Madam So Kah Lay is an experienced Singapore educator with more than 30 years in the profession, beginning her career in 1994 as a Physics teacher in a secondary school. Over the years, she has served in key leadership roles, including Head of Department and Vice-Principal. She later helmed Metta School, a special education institution serving students with intellectual disabilities and some co-occurring autism. She currently serves as Vice-Principal of Shuqun Primary School.
