A team of eight students supervised by Prof Gustavo Melo (Mechanical Engineering) and co-supervised by Prof Birte Heinemann (Computer Science) from RWTH Aachen, Germany, join the Hack-A-Stone 2026!

At RWTH Aachen University, we are bringing together an interdisciplinary team of students from Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Robotics Systems Engineering to take part in hackAstone.

Our project explores the potential of Agentic AI in XR to create new learning experiences in the field of Additive Manufacturing. By combining immersive technologies with intelligent agents, we aim to rethink how complex manufacturing concepts can be taught and experienced.
